Pumpkin Surprise... Recipe

With the holidays getting closer here is a family recipe I would like to share.

Pumpkin Surprise

2 to 2 1/2 cups of pumpkin
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pour above ingredients into buttered 9x13 pan.

Melt 1 cube margarine and pour over 1 yellow cake mix, make crumbly.
Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired.
Sprinkle crumbs over pumpkin.

Bake 1 hour at 350.

Serve with whip topping, whip cream, ice cream or plain.
