Well I have a lot of blogging to catch up on. With school back in session we are doing a lot of homework and have been busy. So with Labor Day we decided to head for the mountains and go on a hike. It was 5 miles round trip and boy it was beautiful. There was a storm overhead and we were constantly on the edge of the storm. We stopped to take pictures and Zac loves to climb the rocks.
When we got back from the hike to the car we had just loaded up and then the rains came down. We drove over to the other side and it had finished raining so we pulled out the camp stove and cooked up hotdogs for lunch. It was yummy, yummy! Then we headed into Estes and walked around for a bit and back to Fort Collins where we had left Gingersnap for the day. We feared that she might get rained on but it was dry when we got there.
