Potato Derby...
Tonight is our annual Potato Derby. We have a potato bar for dinner and then anyone who wants to participate carves their potato adds other veggies for ornamentation and we put wheels on it and down the derby track it goes.
I was so glad to hear that the potato derby lived on this year! Looks like we missed out - thanks for the pics. We miss everyone back in Greeley, but glad to still have so much contact like this!
