Well for months I have been looking for a fabric to make Zac curtains. The other night I was laying on his bed waiting for him and the concept for the fabric poped into my head. So Friday while we were in Fort Collins I stopped into Joanne's Fabric and found this fabric. Since Zac's walls are yellow with the one wall blue I found a fabric that was yellow with a blue pin stripe. It fit perfectly. So last night I sewed the hems and today I sewed the top where the dowel goes. They turned out great. I also did some table runners that are square for homemaking one is a fall fabric and the other is shades of dark and light blue with silver snowflakes on it. They turned out great. It is a fun no sewing project for the sisters. Next I need to cross stich a snowflake for homemaking. The sisters will get to choose between the snowflake or the heart. In our planning for our Fantastic Friday we are trying to find activities that will help the sisters learn a talent. Zac is going to Utah next week so it will just be Jeff and I until Thursday. Then Friday Zac and I have planned a pool party out in Miliken with all his friends to close out the summer. The kids go back to school here starting August 15th. Boy has this summer gone by fast!!!
