It was held at Pinewood Lake just outside of Loveland, Colorado.
It rained most of the evening. Zac found himself holding the umbrella over the fire while he cooked his hot dog for dinner. I packed the tent and didn't realize that the tent poles were still at home. So due to the spotty cell service Zac was able to call and let me know. So Jeff and I took off and made a trip up there. It was beautiful and just starting to rain. They got the tent up. Jeff and I headed back and with the rain decided to stop at the Conaco station and pick up some wood and take it back up to them. They were sure grateful for the wood. They sat out around the fire until 10pm talking and roasting marshmallows. The next morning they tried their hand at fishing again and still no luck. But they had a great time.
