Zac finishes 7th grade today. He received an award for Excellence in Literacy and was on the Honor Roll with a 3-5 or better. I am so proud of him and his hard work.
We were so excited to get tickets to the Seattle Mariners vs. Colorado Rockies game on Friday. It was a lot of fun. We had a huge group go. Mario Lopez and his wife, Mario Euristi and his wife, Greg Bledsoe along with all of their sons and a few additional kids from the team. The Mariner's won and Zac was on cloud 9 enjoying the game with his friends and watching Ichiro. We weren't able to get Ichiro to sign his ball but had a good time anyway.
Jeff, Zac and I went to church this morning and then Jeff made bread and Kobob's for dinner and we had left over cake for dessert. We played games and enjoyed the day.
We feed the missionaries dinner and then the boys headed off to the Father and Son's campout. Since it was raining outside Jeff and Zac picked up a movie and took the laptop. Once they were done hanging out at the fire the hungout in the back of the Jeep to stay dry and watch a movie. They got a tour of the Missle Silo the next morning and came on home.
That afternoon we went to the movies with Dave and Kathy for Dave's birthday and to Famous Dave's for dinner and back to the house for German Chocolate Cake. It was delicious.
Zac enjoys being dramatic so what better place for this than on the stage. This year at school they did the Pirates of Penzance. Here are some photos from the performances.
