Busy, busy, busy...

Oh wow I can't believe that February has come and gone already.  Here are some highlights since the first of the year for us...

* January 6th was Jeff's 42nd birthday.

* January 8th Zac went on his first trip to the Denver Temple to do baptisms.
* January 14th & 15th Zac went on his first winter camp out where they went ice fishing.

* February 14th we had a great Valentine's Day where we made homemade pizza's and played games as a family.

* February 18th we went to Utah for the weekend to celebrate Jenny's 40th birthday. 

I was able to see Paige, Olivia, Maggie and Eli at In and Out Burger.  Jeff & I stayed with Joey & Cali and had a great visit with them.  We also played a lot of Quiddler and some 2500 with Jenny's family. We also went with Jenny's family and Dave & Kathy where we played laser tag and miniature golf.

Things to come are:
* Zac has MBU, we will go to Sterling to celebrate Jeff's Grandma's 102nd birthday, then Zac has play practice where he has two roles both a King and a Soldier in the play MacBeth which will perform at the end of the month.  Then we will gear up for baseball practice and games.

Well it all started out with Jeff and I making a stop at Borders Book store where I wanted to check out this book on break making.  So I showed Jeff these books that I was looking at and after about a half hour of reading he told me how excited he was about trying out this basic bread recipe.  So the next day he made some artisan bread and it just evolved from there with Jeff trying out bread with apple cider base and then another recipe with bengal spice.  From there he expanded to using rye, spelt and amaranth in his bread.  I have a bread making genius on my hands. It is so yummy!

Zac's Ordination

Zac was ordained to the Aaronic Priesthood last week where  Jeff gave him a beautiful blessing.  Here are a couple of pictures of him in his church sweater and tie that he got from grandma and grandpa Adams for his birthday.  He also did a great job passing the sacrament for the first time today.
