Rocket Building - Zac & Jaden

Well this next two weeks Jeff's sister and her two kids Jaden and Sienna are here to visit.  So Sunday they along with my in-laws came to our ward and sang in the choir.  Then Jaden stayed with us for a couple of days.  While here he and Zac decided to build some custom rockets that they would like to launch this weekend if the weather will hold up.  So here are some of the beginning shots.


So here is what it took to get the rockets to this point...

Tammy & Kathy come to Colorado

Well this week two of our teammates from Ohio were able to travel to Colorado to see us and meet others that they work with. So while here we took them to Estes Park and up into Rocky Mountain National Park.

Then Thursday night us three girls went shopping and out to dinner. It was a lot of fun having them here and getting a chance to know them!

Ward Campout 7/24/09

Well we went to the ward campout again this year and had a great time.  Pictures to come since I was being lazy and did not take any.

Jeff, Zac, Ginger and I enjoyed an evening of games and fun together as a family!  Wow we really need this time together before the next 3 crazy fun filled weeks begin.

We see this park every time we go to Estes and thought the other day to go and check it out.  WOW!  We can't believe that we had not taken the time in the almost 6 years we have been here to check this out.  

Trip to Ohio

Well for business I was able to travel to New Albany, Ohio. We (management and I) stayed at the Hampton Inn in Easton. It was very nice hotel. With the 2 hour time change I was a little stressed about going to bed at 10 pm since it was only 8 pm for me and then making sure that I was up at 6 am which for me would be 4 am mountain time. But after a hot bath and watching TV I was able to fall asleep. While in Ohio I was able to meet a lot of people that I knew names from working with before but did not have a face to put with the name.
